Leveraging our client operations and cultivating digital transformation through Oracle system implementation is the main thing this practice does.

You will work with industry experts and other experienced Oracle consultants. We have expertise across Oracle modules such as Finance and SCM. We are trusted by international clients to provide sophisticated tailored services to keep adopting the latest Oracle initiatives and technology.

What you will do:

  • Implementing Oracle system from end-to-end in your respective area for clients
  • Providing Oracle application maintenance service in your respective area for clients
  • Execute the day-to-day activities of engagements for clients, including analyzing and documenting client’s current business processes and governance to identify gaps and potentials improvements
  • Designing/redesigning of client’s business processes
  • Assist in the preparation of deliverables, client presentations and data-gathering sessions by contributing to the design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner
  • Identify and maintain sales opportunities
  • Co-ordinate and work with Oracle consultants' peers on the Oracle proposal and lead the required presentation
  • Maintain client relationship
  • Create and maintain excellent relationship with Oracle in Indonesia and should be aware of Oracle market in Indonesia on continuous basis
  • Continuously self-upgrade yourself with the latest Oracle roadmap, technology, and certification.

Desired skills & experience

  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
  • For Oracle Finance Consultant:
  • 3 cycles EBS / Cloud Implementation (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM).
  • At least 3 cycle implementations of FSG reporting.
  • At least 3 cycle implementations on preparing data migration and beginning balance.
  • Experience in bank system integration using host-to-host / sFTP.
  • Experience in building accounting segments, COA structure, and Company Structure.
  • Experience in Core Finance data, table relations and integration structure.
  • Able to create business process diagram for as-is and to-be process.
  • Proactively communicate and coordination with team member and client.
  • Able to work in the purpose of achieving the timeline.
  • Certification on Oracle EBS / Cloud modules are preferred.
  • Knowledge in technical role (queries, PL/SQL, table structure, form personalization) will be an advantage.
