We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals with relevant experience to join our Deal Advisory and Transaction Services practice. Our Transaction Services practice is the preferred business partner of many of the world's leading organizations.

As part of our practice, we collaborate with MNCs and private equity clients to provide support for buy-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as sell-side divestitures. We focus on stakeholder value by identifying key risks and benefits early in the transaction life cycle. Our support includes pre-bid assessments, transaction evaluation (such as financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, and synergies assessments), transaction advisory services, and post-deal assistance.

What you will do:

  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements; Provide financial due diligence, divestiture support and post-deal assistance to major corporations, MNCs and private equity clients.
  • Interface with the senior executives of clients and target companies.
  • Manage and coordinate with engagement teams to meet clients and other third-party diligence/service providers’ needs throughout the transaction process.
  • Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, as well as potential liabilities and risks which may impact valuation, deal negotiation and execution.
  • Prepare high-quality and tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management’s budgets, indebtedness considerations, borrowing base calculations, and/or business combinations and carve-out financial statements.

Desired skills & experience

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited university with a strong academic background; Being a licensed CPA or CA is a plus.
  • Possess a minimum of two to four years in accounting/audit or finance experience at the Senior Associate level.
  • Have advanced financial analysis, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workloads.
  • Have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and sound reporting skills in English.
  • Have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
