Mergers and Acquisitions - Manager to Senior Manager

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice. Mergers and Acquisitions represents a pivotal change in a company's plan for development or expansion. KPMG’s Corporate Finance M&A provides organizations with constructive advice throughout the life cycle of a transaction.

What you will do:

• Review acquisition strategies and assess alternatives.
• Identify and assess potential targets both locally and internationally.
• Develop the sales strategy and assist in maximizing returns.
• Deal with initiation, the targeted approach, identify and assess prospective purchasers.
• Advise and assist in the drafting of the Disposal Information Memorandum.
• Valuation, deal structuring and negotiations.

• Minimum seven to ten years of experience.
• Actively involved in the execution of M&A deals for South East Asian clients.
• Experience providing buy and sell side M&A services to major corporations, SMEs and private equity funds.
• Ability to execute tasks encompassing building financial models, valuation, drafting information memorandums, financial analysis and reviewing due diligence reports.
• Able to conduct research and market analysis to help assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment.
• Ability to contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables, business development and marketing initiatives.
