dr. Nóra Takács

Nóra has more than 10 years of professional experience in the fields of corporate law, real estate law and data protection. In addition, Nóra successfully represented her clients in construction law and indemnity cases. In the course of her work, she has been involved in several full legal due diligence projects and has advised a number of domestic subsidiaries of international companies on legal issues in the fields of data protection. Nóra joined KPMG Legal in 2017. Before this, she worked at a well-known law firm specializing in corporate law, real estate law, and legal support for the Hungarian subsidiary of a German bank. She holds both a law degree and a specialization degree (LL.M.) in European Union law in English from Pázmány Péter Catholic University. Her areas of expertise include data protection and compliance, regarding which she has provided legal support to several Hungarian and international companies. Further, she also provides legal support to our clients related to digital law and artificial intelligence, which have become relevant in the past year.
