Bálint joined KPMG in the summer of 2025 as a Junior Associate. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Eötvös Loránd University, earned in 2024. During his legal studies, he participated in an international dual-degree program and obtained a Diplôme National de Maîtrise en droit, économie, gestion, Mention droit comparé from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, with a focus on comparative law. Bálint is fluent in English and French, which enables him to work effectively in international and cross-border legal matters. Prior to joining KPMG, Bálint gained hands-on experience at a criminal law firm, where he was involved in complex cases related to financial and economic crimes. Earlier in his career, he worked as a legal trainee at an international sports company, where he supported the legal team in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. These experiences have equipped him with a solid foundation in both litigation and transactional work. At KPMG, Bálint provides legal advice on banking and finance transactions, as well as regulatory compliance matters, often involving complex corporate law issues and aspects at the intersection of financial regulation and corporate governance. As a dedicated and proactive team player, Bálint is committed to understanding clients’ needs and delivering tailored, comprehensive, and pragmatic legal solutions.
