József holds a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and has been dealing with financial risks since graduating. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree in 2016 and has held the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) degree since 2017. He was dealing with interest rate and liquidity risk in the field of OTP Asset-Liability Management for more than 5 years. From 2016 to 2019, the MNB supervised banks' capital adequacy and risk management in the area of supervision, primarily from the market risk point of view. Since 2019, KPMG has been supporting the development of financial institutions' risk management, primarily with regard to interest rate risks, liquidity risks and ICAAP.
