dr. Boglárka Kricskovics-Béli

Boglárka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs in 2006, and subsequently gained experience in several law firms with international clientele, in particular in the fields of employment law, corporate law and data protection law. Boglárka has advised several international companies on labour law issues, both in day-to-day operational matters and in relation to major projects, cross-border TUPE transactions, restructuring or collective redundancies and collective labour law issues. Boglárka was a lecturer at the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration from 2005-2010 and has been regularly lecturing and writing professional publications since then.
