Anna graduated at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as an engineering manager with a specialisation of corporate financial analysis. During her studies, she started working in the IT division of the National Health Insurance Fund as a project manager assistant, where along with other group coordination related tasks, she also took part in the design of a document and task management system. After graduation, she worked for 6 years in the infrastructure and utility sector as project assistant then as BPR project manager, supporting and managing projects including merger and acquisitions, foreign developments and internal organisational transformations. Anna joined KPMG’s energy and infrastructure team in 2016 and then with an extension of the sectoral focus, she became an active member of the business performance services team of management consulting. With her more than 15 years of project experience, Anna has become a major expert in business transformation (M&A), organizational and process re-design, incentives planning and cost modelling areas. She also has a certificates of agile project management and of circular economy in the built environment.
