Viktoria joined KPMG's Financial Risk Management team in 2021. Viktória graduated from the Law and Political Science Faculty of Pázmány Péter Catholic University, which she later supplemented with a degree in European law. During his legal career, he has been working as a corporate lawyer in the banking and investment sector for 14 years, with special emphasis on investment fund management, capital market and securities law. He has extensive experience in investment fund management, portfolio management and related legal and operational risk management, and also in various risk and legal implementation projects (such as AIFMD, MiFID II, GDPR, EMIR, Benchmark, ESG, outsourcing). She also participated in reorganization requiring operational due diligence project as a lawyer and coordinator at one of the largest investment management companies in the Hungarian market. In addition to a thorough knowledge of law, she also participated in the development of solutions that respond to operational challenges affecting investment fund managers and investment service providers. At KPMG, she advises on compliance and regulatory issues, and has supported credit institutions, electronic money institutions and investment service providers in the past.
