Gábor Agócs

Gabor holds a diploma in Finance and also in Electric Engineering. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and is a Chartered and Registered Auditor (Hungarian Chamber of Auditors) and has practicing license from ACCA; his Auditor license is supplemented by IFRS, banking, broker and pension fund audit licenses. Gabor is responsible for audit of financial statements and group reporting prepared under mostly IFRS, and local GAAP, some US GAAP. Gabor has experience in IPOs for the LUX and the London stock exchanges, including specific reporting. In addition Gabor is a registered tax advisor at the Hungarian Ministry of Finance and he is a nominated expert of the Hungarian Public Company Oversight Board. He is fluent in English and Hungarian
