The Ministry of Finance, Tax Authority issued an opinion today that aid payments made by employers to employees for the elimination of earthquake damage are exceptionally considered as tax free payments due to the natural disaster declared by the City of Zagreb, provided that aid payments are made to all workers who suffered damage.
