Domagoj Vuković

Domagoj joined KPMG after graduating from the University of Zagreb in 2001. He has extensive experience in audit engagements in Croatia, with particular focus on consumer markets, industrial sectors and the leasing industry. Well experienced in applying Croatian Financial Reporting Standards (“CFRS”), International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and US GAAP. Domagoj is an accounting advisory specialist with a focus on service concession agreements and common control and merger/demerger transactions. Domagoj spent 15 months in 2009 and 2010 working as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of a Croatian listed company. Audit experience includes standalone and consolidated financial statements, group reporting packages, statutory financial statement audit. Domagoj has been involved in financial advisory projects with a focus on group reorganization, restructuring, common control transactions and financial analysis. He has also participated in due diligence investigations. Domagoj has participated in business advisory projects with a focus on development of procedures / processes and analysis / improvement of organisational structures, particularly in the retail and wholesale sectors. Well experienced team leader and project coordinator. Professional KPMG internal lecturer for IFRS, audit procedures and methodologies. Domagoj’s native language is Croatian and he also fluently speaks English, German and Slovenian.
