MyData/2021 Annual Clients and Vendors lists
The Governor of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) issued the Decision Α.1038/30.3.2022, according to which the obligation to submit the annual customers – suppliers lists (MYF) is abolished. Said obligation is replaced for the calendar year 2021 with the requirement to report in MyData platform data related to sales documents, self billings and proof of expenditures no later than 27 May 2022. Entities are also required to cross reference their accounting data (purchases) with the counterparties’ submissions and report any discrepancies before 31 October 2022.
The above data shall be transmitted:
- according to the technical and business specifications, as currently in force (analytical method), or
- in aggregate per counterparty and month (alternative method), according to the specifications defined in the thematic areas posted in IAPR’s relevant microsite, or
- by combining the above methods for discrete periods and transaction types (mixed method).
Failure to comply to the afore-mentioned obligations for the calendar year 2021 triggers an administrative penalty of EUR 100, irrespective of the volume of transmissions and the content of each transmission.
