Hong Kong Tax Alert - Issue 10, April 2013 The Inland Revenue (Amendment) Bill 2013 (the Bill) was gazetted on 12 April 2013. The Bill seeks to amend the Inland Revenue Ordinance (the Ordinance) to enable Hong Kong to enter into tax information Exchange agreements (TIEAs) and to enhance the existing exchange of information (EoI) arrangements.
