Director, Technology and O&M

A leading and reputable bank in West Africa is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join its team as Director, Technology & Organisation & Methods (O&M).

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for:

• Shaping the Bank's technology vision, strategy, and programs: You will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the Bank's strategic objectives and drives operational efficiency and business transformation.
• Ensuring robust information asset and technology protection: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a secure and resilient technology environment, safeguarding the Bank's information assets and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Driving digital transformation and operational excellence: You will play a pivotal role in advancing the Bank's digital transformation journey, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and create new revenue streams.
