Chief Information Security Officer

A leading and reputable bank in West Africa is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join its team as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive information security strategy: You will lead the development and implementation of a strategy that protects the Bank's data, systems, and infrastructure from both internal and external threats, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• Fostering a strong culture of security awareness: You will champion a culture of security awareness across the organization, empowering employees to understand and mitigate security risks, and shaping the Bank's overall risk management approach to ensure that information security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Ensuring the resilience of the Bank's technological environment: You will lead initiatives to enhance the resilience of the Bank's technological environment, ensuring its ability to withstand and recover from security incidents.
