Finance Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Specialist specializing in Public Finance and/or Public Auditing & Accountability for an exciting opportunity with the International Development Advisory Services
Professional Experience
General Professional Experience
Minimum 7 years of work experience in advisory work or capacity development
Specific Professional Experience
Minimum 7 years of work experience in the field of governance. Specifically, experience in either,
• Public finance
• Public auditing and accountability
The successful candidate will be assigned to one of two teams based on their experience:
a. Team 1 – The expert should have 8 years of professional experience in the West African region, out of which 4 years should be in Ghana.
b. Team 2 – The expert should have 7 years of professional experience outside of Ghana, with at least 4 years outside the West African region
Experience in gender and climate responsive budgeting will be an added advantage
Qualification and Experience
- Master of Arts or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Public Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Must have an excellent command of English.

Location
- You will be based in Ghana. You may be required to undertake duty travel within and outside Ghana periodically.
