KPMG Sponsors 2022 Enactus Ghana National Event

From 24 to 26 August 2022, The Chartered Institute of Taxation held their 10^th Annual International Tax Conference dubbed Improving Domestic Tax Revenue Mobilization: A Consultative and Inclusive Approach.

The International Annual Tax Conference is one of the flagship programmes on the calendar of the institute and attracts both local and international participants.  The conference also creates the platform for government officials, policy makers, chief executive officers, finance directors, academia, tax practitioners, tax administrators, business executives and the general public to share ideas on taxation and other related issues with the aim of developing solutions to challenges facing businesses and the nation. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It also serves as an educational platform that affords the participants the opportunity to acquire knowledge and improve on their skills to benefit businesses.

Kofi Frempong Kore (Head of Tax and Regulatory Services) and Joseph Winful (Past Senior Partner) represented KPMG on the first technical discussion panel where they discussed the topic Tax compliance, Prosecution and Dispute Resolution: The Role of key stakeholders and shared their thoughts and contributions to the topic.

Overall, guests enjoyed the session and found it insightful.
