Jaba Gvelebiani

Jaba has 12 years of professional experience on complex legal issues, including but not limited to, dispute resolution (litigation & arbitration), real estate transaction advisory, legal due diligence exercises, international and local corporate structuring, regulatory compliance advisory, international investment law advice, representation with the State and municipal authorities, labor and immigration issues. Before joining KPMG, he has worked LPA Law Firm in Tbilisi, Georgia where he has held various positions over 8 years ending with the Legal Director before leaving the firm. Except for the legal practice, Jaba has 9 years of experience of teaching international business law, business transactions and arbitration law at different Georgian universities.
