What You Will be Working on: Drafting, review and manage contracts and corporate documents Conduct legal analysis for various legal/compliance issues Draft, review, and update internal policies to ensure alignment with regulatory and corporate requirements Support Risk Management and Compliance activities under the supervision of the Manager Monitor and ensure compliance with audit requirements, data protection and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations Review and provide legal analysis on legislative amendments affecting the firm’s operations Provide legal guidance to company staff regarding applicable legislation and internal legal matters Maintain and organize the firm’s internal legal documentation archive, both in hard and electronic formats Serve as the firm’s internal legal advisor, dedicated to supporting the company’s own legal and compliance needs
	What We Look For: Completed higher education in Law Strong knowledge of Civil, Corporate, Labor, Data Protection, AML, and Audit Law Fluent in Georgian and English (both written and spoken) 3-4 years of legal experience with preference for candidates with relevant experience in similar organizations or in the compliance field Membership in the Georgian Bar association is an asset Master’s degree is an asset Knowledge of Russian language is an asset What Will You Get: KPMG is where you will find the right opportunities to advance your career and the widest available range of possibilities so you can grow professionally.
