What You Will be Working on:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents according to the Labor Law;
• Preparing monthly payroll files;
• Delivering required staff-related reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and benefits packages;
• Assisting in recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and coordinating interviews;
• Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking employee evaluations and assisting with performance improvement plans;
• Driving a culture of positive employee relations.

What We Look For:

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• People-oriented with a strong team player mentality.
• Fluency in English and Georgian; Knowledge of Russian would be an asset;
