What You Will be Working on:

  • Maintaining personnel databases and files in compliance with Labor Law;
  • Preparing the monthly payroll file;
  • Managing and updating the HR system to ensure accurate employee records;
  • Delivering required staff-related reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and benefits packages;
  • Assisting in organizing training sessions and seminars for employees;
  • Participating in the entire recruitment process;
  • Driving a culture of positive employee relations.

 

What We Look For:

  • At least one year of experience in the HR field;
  • University degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  •  High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • People-oriented with a strong team player mentality;
  • Proficiency in office software;
  • Fluency in English and Georgian; Knowledge of Russian would be an asset.
