Karoliina Nurmi

Karoliina has over 20 years’ experience of global mobility.  She has in-depth understanding of international pension and social security rules as well as posted workers, and advises clients on employer obligations, tax, labour law, immigration and relocation related questions. Karoliina has extensive practical experience of creating and developing assignment policies, assignment letters and processes. 

Karoliina has previously worked for the Finnish social security authorities and was responsible for international co-operation, Finnish guidelines and praxis for A1-certificates. She has additionally gained wide experience in process development, digitalization and change management.

Karoliina has also personal experience of life of an expatriate; she has worked and lived in several countries including US, Italy, France, Austria and the Netherlands.
