Easoft Group Oy, founded in 2012, is a leading Finnish SaaS provider specializing in project management solutions for the construction and renovation industries. Easoft’s modern software ecosystem helps clients optimize resources, streamline operations, and enhance collaboration, making it a key player in the AEC sector.
Easoft's sales has tripled in just two years, while maintaining strong profitability. Last year, the company's sales grew from €4.9 million to approximately €8 million. This growth has been driven primarily by organic expansion, further boosted by the successful acquisition of Maplet Oy, which contributed additional revenue.

EG is a market-leading provider of vertical software solutions across the Nordics. The company serves customers across both public and private sectors through its three divisions: Construction & Property, Healthcare & Citizen Welfare, and Industrials and Trade. Founded in 1978, EG employees more than 2,500 employees and is headquarted in Copenhagen.
EG was acquired by US-based private equity firm Francisco Partners in 2019. Francisco Partners is a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses.
Transaction rationale
This strategic acquisition expands EG's construction software portfolio in Finland, enabling it to serve small and medium-sized companies more effectively.
Easoft represents EG's seventh acquisition in Finland over the past five years. With this addition, EG will have a team of over 300 employees in Finland. Easoft is also well-established in Sweden and will continue to serve the Swedish market with its solutions.
