KPMG Real Estate M&A team acted as the sole commercial advisor, and KPMG Law served as legal advisor to Finnish real estate developer UM Kiinteistöt in connection with the sale of a modern logistics asset in the Tampere region to the Finnish real estate investor. The asset is fully leased to a single tenant under a long-term agreement.
The asset is an over 6,000 sqm state-of-the-art warehouse, which was completed in 2024, and it is fully let to a single tenant. The asset is designed for high energy performance, featuring a geothermal heating system, an A-class energy rating, and a rooftop solar power plant. The asset is located in the Tampere region in Southern Finland, offering a compelling macro location for light industrial investment.
