Mohamed has over 16 years of experience in the public practice field, during which he served wide spectrum of clients in both core assurance and accounting advisory and capital markets capacities. Mohamed served number of global, regional and national priority accounts in all of Egypt, Canada, UAE and KSA.

Professional and Industry Experience

Mohamed’s main experience is concentrated in the external audit field which is complemented with diversified experience in providing advices on complex accounting treatment and overseeing FRS conversion projects, from both of audit and advisory prospective, accounting carve-out, IPO readiness, privatization and new accounting standards implementation.
Mohamed accumulated extensive experience of the Egyptian, Canadian, Saudi and UAE regulatory, accounting and auditing requirements throughout his career.
Mohamed’s industrial experience covers Oil & Gas (upstream midstream and downstream), manufacturing, services, telecommunications, hospitality, trading, investments, contracting and real estate industries.
