Hosam has more than 18 years experience in delivering assurance and advisory services to international and locally listed, group and private companies in Saudi Arabia and Egypt across a range of industries particularly oil & gas, services, construction, real estate, and industrial sectors.

Professional and Industry Experience

  • Hosam has hands on experience with accounting and reporting issues at both an operational and head office level ensuring the advice is practical and pragmatic. In addition to the involvement in due diligences assignments in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Investment Companies, Financial Institutions sectors.
  • Hosam has been extensively involved in IFRS, US GAAP and Egyptian Accounting Standards.

  • Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
