Ahmed has been working with KPMG Hazem Hassan since 1998 and qualified as Certified Public Accountant in the AICPA in 2001. He is a member of the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors .

Professional and Industry Experience

  • His career has been mainly focused on servicing multitude number of international and local clients. He has extensive audit experience in the different business segments such as transportation, constructions, industrial and consumer markets sector and he is specialized in group audits. He has also gained considerable experience in serving Egyptian entities of various sizes of global KPMG clients.
  • Ahmed has considerable practical experience of IFRS and Egyptian Accounting Standards.
  • Ahmed also participated in carrying out major transaction service assignments including Public Offering and Due Diligence Assistance.
  • In addition to Egypt he has lived in Saudi Arabia for 6 years where he worked for one of the big five audit firms.
