Mohamed has been working in largest global auditing firms i.e., KPMG and Ernst & Young for more than thirsty years. Mohamed experience in auditing covers a variety of international and major local clients working in different line of business including Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Industrial Markets, Consumer Markets, and Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare. He was also the partner in charge for the professional risk management and independence department in the firm.
More than 30 years in providing audit and advisory services including the following:
- Mohamed is the audit partner for major clients working in different line of business.
- He acted as a partner in charge for many advisory services (including financial, controls and admin diagnostic studies, IFRS conversion, business process improvements, internal audit and accounting advisory services).
- Mohamed also participated in carrying out major transaction service assignments including Public Offering and Due Diligence Assistance.
