Professional and Industry Experience:

• Prepare the tax audit programs and procedures used to inspect financial statements and tax returns for various economic activities such as ( Banks , industrial, commercial, insurance, Hotels , leasing , constructions , petroleum ,investment properties ),  according to the applicable Egyptian Accounting Standards, laws and regulations.
• Supervise dispute resolution committees.
• Supervise Preparation of periodic training programs to train the employees in different audit departments for the Egyptian Accounting Standards, any amendments to these standards, and the tax effects of these amendments.
• Follow up the developments and the adjustments on the Egyptian Accounting Standards and its effect on the tax treatments according to the tax law No. 91 of year 2005 and its executive regulations.
• Supervise the Designing, preparing and auditing annual tax return and make the necessary adjustments according to the legislative adjustments, books, periodical instructions and the adjustments of the Egyptian Accounting Standards.
