      KPMG Oy Ab Group has announced that Pasi Koivunen will step down from his position as CEO, effective October 6, 2025.

      The decision reflects the Board’s view of what best supports KPMG Oy Ab Group’s next phase of development. The Board will commence the process of selecting a new CEO for the Group right away and has appointed Kimmo Antonen, current Chairman of the Board, as Interim CEO to ensure stability and continuity during this transition. During the interim period, Vice Chair Kim Järvi will serve as Acting Chairman of the Board.

      We would like to express our gratitude to Pasi. His contribution has been important in preparing the company for its next stage of sustainable growth. KPMG Oy Ab Group’s strategy and operations will continue as planned on a stable foundation. Our focus remains on building trust, client value and operational excellence.
