Vitali joined KPMG in 2021. Vitali area of expertise includes IT and information security audits, information security and strategic management of IT, information security risks and controls. Vitalil has more than 8 years of experience in IT and information security sector.

Work History

  • Prior to joining KPMG, Vitali worked at EANS (Estonian Air Navigation Services) where his main area of expertise was development and management of a telecommunication system for air traffic control.
  • Vitali has also held different positions in Estonian Defense Forces. His task included development and ensuring the operations of IT and telecommunication services. Vitali has also experience as communication and IT unit commander.
  • Vitali has experience in the following areas: planning, integration and ensuring compliance with information security regulations for IT system and IP based networks; development, and integration of telecommunication solutions in the field of both civil and military aviation.
