Rupert joined the KPMG mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team in 2024. Before joining KPMG, Rupert worked at Porta Finance, a partner of Rothschild & Co, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising projects in the Baltic region across various sectors. His technical competencies include financial analysis, financial modeling, and the preparation of investor materials.
