      Attorney-at-law Priit Pahapill has over 25 years of experience advising leading international companies, financial institutions, and public sector organizations on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

      He is an experienced transactional lawyer with a focus on M&A deals, financing transactions, and private equity and venture capital investments. Priit has advised numerous multilateral institutions, listed companies, banks, and investment funds. He has extensive experience in structuring shareholder relations, supporting cross-border investments, and handling equity and debt offerings in Estonia and abroad. He is known for delivering strategic and practical solutions, even in the most complex situations.
