Over ten years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, combining technical expertise with strategic advisory. Jaan is responsible for the development and management of cybersecurity services and helps organizations assess their security posture, manage risks, and implement effective security measures. His experience spans both the private and public sectors, including the financial industry, technology companies, startups, as well as IT and telecommunications companies.

- Assessing an organization’s current as-is cybersecurity posture, conducting risk analysis, threat simulation and developing action plans.
- Planning, consulting, and managing cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluating and analyzing the security of network and cloud solutions, providing architectural advisory.
- Conducting technical security testing, including digital footprint mapping; web, mobile, network, and cloud penetration testing; Purple Teaming and Red Teaming exercises; and managing and delivering TLPT (Threat-Led Penetration Testing) projects.
- Designing and conducting tabletop exercises for executive leadership and crisis teams.
- Providing cybersecurity training for technical specialists, executives, and other non-technical audiences.
- Developing Security Operations Center (SOC) capabilities and building and managing incident response processes.
