Einar joined KPMG in 2008 and has more than 17 years of experience working as a tax advisor. He specializes in personal taxation, advising both individuals and employers. For individuals, Einar provides tax planning advice and assists with preparing and submitting income tax returns when needed. For employers, Einar is specialized in all matters related to employee taxation:
- Helps resolve issues related to cross-border employee mobility, identifying potential risks and providing guidance on questions arising from employees relocating abroad, assigned to Estonia, or hired overseas.
- Advises on the development and implementation of stock option programs.
- In addition to tax matters, Einar can also assist with registering short-term employment of foreigners, as well as applying for visas and residence permits.
Einar is also a respected trainer and a co-author of “Maksuteabevara”, a tax reference published jointly by KPMG and Äripäev.
