      Our recruiters continuously monitor incoming applications.

      We will contact candidates who match the role expectations on an ongoing basis and inform them of the next steps as soon as possible.

      Initial interview with a recruiter

      Depending on the profile we are seeking to fill, your next step may be a short initial interview with the recruiter to get to know each other. We will provide you with a more detailed overview of KPMG as an employer and give you the opportunity to complete your application documents if you wish to do so.

      Tests

      All KPMG candidates who pass the initial interview will have the opportunity to learn more about themselves through a cognitive ability and personality test. Depending on the position, these tests may be replaced with specialist tests.

      Our recruiters are licensed test interpreters, and if necessary, you can request an additional appointment for their analysis.

      Interview with the hiring manager

      During the interview, we will ask you about your professional knowledge and experience in more detail. We’d like to understand what motivates you to start your career at KPMG and what your long-term career goals are.

      We will then provide a thorough overview of the position and its responsibilities. We aim to ensure that our expectations are mutually aligned.
