Rob is responsible for the operations of the KIG Group including IT, People, Finance and Project teams.

He returned to Guernsey at the start of 2022 after spending the previous 23 years in Sydney, Australia.

Whilst in Australia his roles included being the COO & Head of Strategy for the listed fund manager Australian Ethical Investments Limited – a truly authentic ESG company whose Ethical Charter and philosophy of ‘making money do good - for people, the planet and animals’ have not changed in the 34 years since it was founded.

Prior to this he spent many years at National Australia Bank, in several leadership roles including as COO of uBank, Australia’s largest digital bank, and as Head of Audit for its Australia and Asia businesses covering the personal banking, business banking and funds management divisions as well as the internal strategic, financial and governance operations of the Bank.

In all of his roles Rob continually demonstrates his passion and commitment to driving transformation change for the teams he leads, and to optimise the operations of businesses he is involved with. His goal is to always deliver sustainable growth and enable them to better serve the current, and future, needs of their clients.

Earlier in his career Rob qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, and spent 10 years servicing Audit and Advisory client engagements in the KPMG practices in Guernsey and Sydney.
