Jack has worked for KPMG in Guernsey since 2020, prior to which he worked for 10 years as an economist within the energy industry in London.
He has experience in the financial services, energy and public service sectors.
Jack specialises in M&A (including disposals), public transactions and stock exchange related work. Jack has worked on a wide variety of deals primarily providing corporate finance and due diligence advice in strategic deals for clients both in the Channel Islands and globally. He has also provided valuation services across a range of sectors for both public and private clients.
