With his team, he delivers privacy advisory services including maturity assessments, secondment as the embedded interim-DPO and implementation of technical solutions to support information governance. He has done this for a number of multi-jurisdictional clients.
Furthermore, Bryan covers delivery of Service Organisation Controls (SOC) / ISAE 3402 reporting, Gambling Commission RTA assessments, Cyber Maturity Assessments, and IT in the External Audit.
He has a passion for Maritime Cyber Security and privacy technology.
Bryan joined KPMG in January 2018 bringing with him nearly 17 years of experience from the public sector, mainly the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). His career has covered:
- international trade;
- organisational reform and transformation, along with internal management consultancy;
- high value multi-national acquisition programmes;
- research engineering;
- UK Gov. private office in Whitehall, London;
- Private Office as an embedded advisor to a foreign government on behalf of the UK Government;
- development of national level policies and strategies;
- analysis of international programmes of interest;
He has a wide range of experience in dealing with many kinds of organisations and entities across the public and private sectors primarily at the strategic and operational levels, while drawing in tactical day-to-day level experiences and knowledge.
