The second of our weekly webinars explored how the Real Estate industry is 'Adapting to the new reality' and what the future may look like for this sector.
We were joined by Deborah Watt from Neo Capital, who gave an overview of the international real estate market. Then Mark Grace from Black Grace Cowley and Ciaran Doherty from Tevir Group, explored what the new reality will mean for the commercial property market providing an outlook on transactional activity, opportunities and future trends.
We also heard from two of our colleagues. David Parsons, Tax Partner at KPMG in the Isle of Man to considered the tax implications arising from cross-border working arrangements. Bryan Beesley, Senior Manager at our Isle of Man office, provided an update on the latest cyber security risks being faced, along with some top tips on what to look out for and what to do in the event of a cyber incident.
