Karina Wåhlstrand Johansen
Partner
Karina joined KPMG Acor Tax in 2015 and has vast experience working with cross-border taxation. Karina is specialised in providing global advisory to employers, assignees, local hires and business travellers regarding tax and social security matters in connection with assignments/cross border work. Karina works with both Danish Headquarter based clients and larger international client teams across different industries. Her ability to understand the business needs combined with a strong technical background, enables her to deliver successful solutions which are client-centric and implementable. Furthermore, Karina has extensive experience and strong focus on working with assignment related technology.
At KPMG Acor Tax, our digital mindset is key and sets the tone for how we will create value for our clients and corporate internally. I look forward to leading initiatives focused on leveraging technology to support this exiting journey for us and our clients. Jakob Beier
Partner
Jakob joined KPMG Acor Tax’ corporate tax team in 2014 and has since then predominantly been working with the tax aspects of M&A transactions, restructurings and other investments and restructurings, including, but not limited to tax due diligence of businesses, tax structuring of investments and incentive schemes. Jakob has gained experience with most industries, but in particular SaaS and other tech-based companies, renewables and shipping have been and are still focus areas. Further, Jakob has vast experience with the Danish tonnage tax regime covering shipping businesses.
I look forward to contributing to sustaining our unique culture together with my amazing colleagues and ensure that we attract, retain, and develop our people, so we can provide our clients with the highest professional standards and value-adding advice. Christopher Gandrup
Director
Christopher joined KPMG Acor Tax in 2015 and is specialised in both national and international personal taxation, global mobility, shadow payroll processes and project setup. During the last years, Christopher has gained broad experience and developed a wide range of skills within various aspects of Global Mobility and International Personal Taxation in several industries. Further, Christopher focuses on technology and how tech-focused initiatives and development of tools can be embedded in the solutions we offer to our clients to ensure the most effective and efficient collaboration.
At KPMG Acor Tax, we are passionate about tax and entirely determined to master a field of expertise. I look forward to continuing the journey towards embedding technology in everything we do and to lead initiatives where we co-develop valuable solutions together with our clients, ensuring that they fit into their needs.
Lars Terkilsen
Director
Lars joined KPMG Acor Tax in 2018 and has more than ten years of experience within tax law. He is specialised in corporate tax and international tax and advice clients on a wide range of within the area, including EU tax law. Lars is an experienced advisor and has worked with both many MNEs as well as SMEs. Furthermore, he has a high level of expertise in tax advisory services on e.g.: restructurings, International activities/PE, withholding taxes and R&D costs.
As tax advisors, we are nothing without our people and their abilities to help our clients cutting through complexity and navigate in the ever-changing tax landscape. I look forward to lead projects which will support and strengthen the development of the technical tax skills of our colleagues as well as continue to work on projects where we add value for our clients through our strong technical tax skills and 360 mindset and approach.
