Hear about Danish companies' latest achievements within financial planning and budgeting and get inspired to apply best practice tools in your organisation.

We look forward to welcoming you to an exciting seminar organised in collaboration with the Danish Accounting Network (DAN). The seminar will focus on trends within financial planning and budgeting based on a survey conducted in winter 2023/24 among finance functions in approximately 100 Danish companies.

We will delve into the themes around innovation in budgeting and planning techniques. We will explore how these methods can support innovation in organisations and discuss the concept of 'Beyond Budgeting'. Here we will explore how ready Danish companies are to abolish traditional budgets and what new methods they are using instead.

In addition, we will look at the financial planning and budgeting techniques used by the most successful companies to understand what characterises them. We will also present which financial planning and budgeting tools are most commonly used by participants today. Based on this, we will go through specific use cases within consolidation, reporting and commenting. This will inspire you to apply best practices and innovative tools in your daily work.

This seminar is a unique opportunity to gain insight into what your colleagues from other companies are doing and to get concrete suggestions on how to best integrate these approaches into your own company practice. Make sure to reserve your spot today!
