Kim Schmidt

Kim has more than 20 years of experience within the audit business of which the last 12 years have been with a focus on financial institutions and associated services (insurance brokers, insurance agents, etc.). Besides main focus on the financial sector, Kim has concurrently provided service to other sectors, including property management and investment companies, service and outsourcing companies, shipping, etc.

Besides significant audit experience from financial enterprises, Kim has also participated in several consulting projects dealing with restructurings, mergers, demergers, capital injections, loans and M&A, compliance, regulatory advisory etc.
