Daniel is Partner at KPMG and Head of our Organisation & Adoption department, which focuses on creating value through change management, management development and HR consulting.
Daniel has 10 years of international experience with management and business development projects and more than 15 years of experience in direct leadership and matrix management. His experience includes local and global strategic change initiatives in IT, processes and organisational structure and culture, where he has applied his in-depth knowledge of change management to enable value realisation. His approach is pragmatic and business-oriented with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and results.
After working in countries across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, Daniel is used to working with people from different cultures and social backgrounds. He has worked with individuals at all levels of the organisation: from production to leadership.
