As the Head of Culture, Inclusion & Diversity at KPMG Germany, I am not a proponent of the status quo but stand for shaping and change. I am fascinated by my areas of responsibility including purpose, values, leadership culture, diversity, inclusion, and equity, as well as the enhancement of ethical behavior.
My goal is for us to work together and for each other, rather than in parallel. Everyone on the team carries responsibility—both here and now and with a view to the future.
