I am mainly dedicated to the management and consulting of service providers in the German-speaking healthcare sector. I focus on strategy and organizational consulting, transformations and digitalization projects, especially for hospitals and clinics. I also feel at home at the interface with other players in the healthcare industry, such as health insurance companies, medical technology and research, and accompany our clients on their way to future structures.
