The genderdax project is a gender and diversity format shaped by practice and science. The target groups are women in specialist and management positions, as well as young talents and women returning to work.

Women in Digital is a network of and for women in the digital economy. At networking events and monthly after-work events, women from all over Germany discuss and exchange ideas with each other. With the corporate programme Erfolgsfaktor Familie (“Family Success Factor”), the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, together with leading German business associations and the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB), forms an alliance committed to promoting family-friendliness in German business entities.

The programme bundles information on the topic and collects success stories and testimonials from business entities. The Memorandum for Women in Leadership is a seal for companies that are committed to equal opportunities for women and men and thus position themselves as modern, flexible and gender-responsive employers.
