Co-signatory of the Diversity Charter

KPMG was one of the first companies to sign the Diversity Charter in 2007. With over 1,600 co-signatories, the Charter is Germany's largest initiative to promote diversity in German business, science and public administration.

We do not take our membership for granted - we see it as an obligation to live diversity in our company, to reduce discrimination, to promote equal opportunities and to support our colleagues in their individual strengths and talents.
