Together against youth unemployment and for the integration of refugees

The Germany-wide, non-profit initiative JOBLINGE aims to counteract youth unemployment. The nationwide initiative is aimed at two target groups: socially disadvantaged young people and - as part of JOBLINGE Kompass - young refugees. In a six-month qualification programme, the participants are specifically prepared for working life. The goal is to enable the young people to permanently enter the labour market and society and to pave their way to a financially independent life.

Since the foundation of JOBLINGE in 2008, we have audited the annual financial statements of the non-profit limited companies at the JOBLINGE locations as well as the umbrella organisation as a pro bono service.

Since 2017, we have been supporting JOBLINGE in the form of mentoring. Our employees can volunteer as mentors or as trainers, e.g. in the context of job application or language training. They open up perspectives for the young people, who in turn benefit from the knowledge and experience of their mentor/trainer. At the same time, the mentors/trainers open up their own perspective and meet young people with an often completely different learning and life background.
