About us
We provide advisory on specific reporting required by regulators across various industries, countries and accounting frameworks. Our specialists ensure that reporting is complete, high-quality and that it meets all regulatory requirements.
- We assist in completion and revision of reporting packages.
- We prepare or review of the statutory individual or consolidated financial statements (quarterly, semi-annual or annual).
- We assist with the preparation of required financial reporting in case of specific transactions. This service includes, for example, quantification of the effects of company transformations (mergers, acquisitions, etc.), pro forma reporting, preparation of the opening balance sheet and related disclosures.
- Conversion and convergence services. As part of these services, we assist clients in converting from their current primary accounting standards (national GAAP) to the International Financial Reporting Standards. We use global methodologies that define various stages of conversion from assessment through design and implementation to the sustainability of changes.
Our team covers following activities:- Conversion services. We process gap analysis between CZ GAAP and IFRS / US GAAP / German GAAP when the company converts to other standards, we propose or make a review of relevant changes and we also help with regular updates.
- Changes in accounting frameworks. We assist in the conversion to another functional currency, we help with the unification of accounting methods and processes within the group, we prepare gap analysis, propose solutions and assist in implementation and regular review.
- Application of new IFRS standards. We analyse the impact of new standards on our clients, we assist with the analysis of contracts and with reporting of mandatory disclosures, if necessary, we review proposed implementation measures.
- For publicly traded companies, we offer XBRL reporting services, i.e. preparation of annual report in xhtml format, including tagging of consolidated FS using a valid taxonomy. This uniform electronic ESEF format has been mandatory for all listed companies in the Czech Republic since 2020.
